Have you lost your course completion card for a program offered in the last two years at Kansas City First Aid?  You can have a new card re-issued for any course.*

Prerequisite: Must have attended a program under Kansas City First Aid’s American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute Training Center.

*Program must have occurred within the last two years.  Card re-issuance will occur within one week of request.

There is a $10 replacement card fee.  You will need to provide the name of the student, name of course attended, and the date the course was attended in the special requests area.
